What’s Covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship at the time of purchase

• Degradation in thermal insulation performance over time

• Products purchased directly from SUBZERO or authorized retailers

• Items used under normal conditions and maintained per care instructions

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (like scratches, dents, or fading)

• Damage from drops, misuse, or improper cleaning

• Modified or altered products

How to File a Claim

• Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue

• We may request additional info or ask you to send the item back

• If your warranty claim approved, we’ll repair or replace your product with a similar item currently in production

• Color, finish, or style may vary based on availability

A Few Legal Things

• This is the only warranty SUBZERO® offers—retailers and resellers can’t alter or extend it

• SUBZERO® isn’t liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from use
