Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In sellable condition

 

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exceptions: If your item is defective or damaged and falls under our Lifetime Warranty, we’ll still accept the return—even if it’s been used.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Clearance + Final Sale Items

Clearance or final sale items are not returnable for refund or exchange.

However, they are still covered under our Lifetime Warranty, which means you may qualify for a free replacement or refund if the product is defective.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or report a defective item, email our support team at:

Please include your order number, any images to support your issue, and a brief written description of the issue for the fastest turnaround time!

 

Processing Times

  • Returns are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive your item

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected] and we will help you resolve the issue!

 

Shipping Returns

After we have approved your return or exchange request, we will email you to provide a return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exceptions: If your item is defective or damaged and falls under our Lifetime Warranty, all shipping costs are on us!
